The Introduction Of An Activity Log

As this project is progressing I am finding it rather difficult to track my progress and plan what I need to accomplish. In order to address this problem, which is causing a lack of organisation, I am going to be using an activity log to address my progress and plan future tasks in the planning stage of my product. Below is an example of the table I will be filling in frequently to keep organised.
